Marc Delienne quit his job in finance and IT at 56 to start making wine... how sick is that.
He then went to work with some of the coolest natural winemakers in both the Northern Rhone and the south of France. Now he's making wine in the Fleurie cru of Beajoulais. Converting the vines he harvests first to certified organic and now fully certified Demeter (biodynamic).
This wine is earthy and complex with deep red fruit notes as it opens.
We're pouring this by the glass at my job and I couldn't be more excited about it.
