
Despite my shitty night, one good thing came out of it... I tried an interesting wine! This Pinot Noir from the Auvergne is high acid, fresh, pure fruited and I can only assume made in one of my favorite styles (partial carbo and zero zero).
While living in LA, we get access to incredible producers, but the truth is, many incredible producers never make it over the Atlantic. From what I can tell, Vignoble de l'Arbre Blanc isn't imported into the US. So only in Europe, or on a random night someone brings in something exciting, will you get to try something like this.
