$115

I haven't opened my bottle yet so this, like my other La Paulee recommendations, is the version I can afford of wines I drank for free while volunteering.
Roulot is famous in Mersault, a Burgundy village known for rich opulent chardonnays, Roulot is known for reduction--the flinty nose you see in some wines. It adds dimension and levity to an otherwise large wine.
This is the entry level, but it's essentially declassified mersault and at 115, it's not a bad price for value. (Also hot tip if you are in SF, I bought my bottle to go at Fools Errand for like 100 bucks).
