Yura Pinot Blanc L'Abeille et la Papillon 2024

YUMMY! I went to Etra after my opening shift at Etoile and drank this while sitting at the bar. Delicious with their arugula, peas, and burrata salad. Took the second half home, exciting to see how it evolves after opening.

Pinot Blanc from Alsace. 40% stainless, 40% used barrel, and 20% new barrel. Elegant, soft, white floral and white peach notes with a hint of frangipan and vanilla while still maintaining acid that imparts a zippy mineral finish.
