Inez Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Inez Olive Oil is a family-owned and operated olive oil company based out Santa Ynez Valley. They have three "cuvees" I guess you could call them and they're all amazing.

They were kind enough to provide myself and Rec League with bottles of both their Single Estate and Ultra Premium for our party.

I used the Ultra Premium for my olive oil cakes, and the crumb was so moist and delicate and the flavor was perfectly balanced yet bright.

This is in some ways a recommendation for both the olive oil itself, and using the highest quality you can when you cook and bake it makes such a difference!
