Radicchio, La Rosa del Veneto (Organic)

Chicories are back in season!!! And my favorite, the pink radicchio, I've been buying at LA Grocery and Cafe when I'm too lazy to go to the farmers market.

Crunchy, fresh, and just slightly bitter. Yum!! I like to make the Four Horsemen anchovy salad dressing with them.
